Fee Schedule for UK Immigration

Please note that those who are resident in the EU will in many cases need to pay 17.5% VAT on top of the prices quoted below. These prices exclude government fees:

A. Highly Skilled Immigration

B. Work Permits

4. Premium, in addition to the fee detailed in (1) for 1st application for an employer who has not made successful WP applications in the past; GBP500 - GBP2,500; the GBP500 uplift would apply to a reasonably sized company that had filed audited accounts, operated from reasonably ized offices used exclisively by itself; the upper level of uplift cGBP2,500 would apply to a startup that had not yet filed audited accounts, or a small company operating from residential accommodation or serviced offices; such companies receive particulary thorough dilligence from the Home Office, and pre-empting/answering their concerns requires significant extra time.
   

C. Permanent Residence (Indefinite Leave to Remain)

• By post: GBP650 including VAT (government fee is GBP750, no VAT)

D. Nationality
